The fee becomes payable once the employer confirms your selection by email, WhatsApp, phone call or during the interview. The fee must be paid in full before your joining date.

Where the employer’s offer letter or joining formalities are coordinated through Aurvexon Talent, they are completed after the fee is paid. We never hold your personal documents or certificates.
If you do not join, the fee is not refunded. If this happens within 40 days of the originally agreed joining date, we will seek another suitable job in the same salary slab at no additional fee. A higher salary slab requires payment of the fee difference.

If, within 40 days of joining, you leave voluntarily or the employer lays you off for company-side reasons, Aurvexon Talent will seek another suitable job in the same salary slab at no additional fee.
